4. Estimates and Agreements

We offer free consultations and estimates for new projects. Once an estimate is accepted, it becomes the formal agreement for services.

5. Access to Property

• Obstructions like lawn furniture be removed

Failure to provide access may result in project delays or rescheduling fees.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your estimate:

• A deposit of up to 50% may be required for larger or custom lighting orders
• Full payment is due upon completion of work
• Accepted methods: checks, and bank transfers

Late payments may result in interest charges, service interruption, or third-party collections.

7. Product Warranty and Service Guarantee

• All applicable lighting fixtures are covered under manufacturer warranties.

Workmanship Guarantee

• We offer a 1-year warranty on all workmanship, ensuring quality in every installation.

Optional Extended Maintenance Plans

• To give you extra peace of mind, we provide optional extended maintenance plans designed to suit your unique needs. These plans ensure your landscape lighting system stays at peak performance, running smoothly and cost-effectively. You can select from flexible service options—quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, based on what works best for you.

Our Landscape Lighting Maintenance Checklist Includes:

• Inspect all fixtures, wires, and transformers to ensure everything is functioning properly and securely connected.
• Examine wiring on lights that are dim, flickering, or not working, and check for any potential safety hazards.
• Replace any faulty bulbs to restore full brightness and optimal coverage.
• Adjust timers to ensure correct run times, including necessary updates for daylight savings.
• Straighten any misaligned fixtures to ensure the light is directed correctly.
• Clean fixture lenses to maintain brightness and prolong the life of both the bulbs and lenses.
• Wipe down all fixtures using a cleaning solution to prevent metal corrosion and extend the product’s lifespan.
• Reposition fixtures that may have shifted due to landscape growth or need adjustment to maximize their effectiveness.
